4matic FAQ: Straight Answers to Common Questions

Click the account creation button on the homepage, fill in your mobile number, set a password, and complete the identity fields. After submitting, you will receive an OTP on your registered number to confirm the account.

UPI deposits typically clear in under a minute once your bank authorises the transaction. If the balance has not updated after three minutes, check your UPI app for a transaction status before contacting our payment team.

Yes. During withdrawal setup, select Paytm or PhonePe as your destination and enter the mobile number linked to that wallet. Withdrawals to these rails typically process within two to four hours after identity verification passes.

Access to specific games and markets depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You will see a region notice on any title that is not accessible from your location rather than a silent blank page.

We require a government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN card or passport — and a recent proof of address. Upload these in the verification section of your account dashboard and we will review them within 24 hours.

Go to Account Settings, select Security, and switch on two-factor authentication. You can choose OTP via SMS or an authenticator app. Each new device login will then require a second confirmation step before access is granted.
